Mortierbrigade works miracles for Crelan.
After highlighting the proximity of the Crelan agents in a first campaign with Mr. Jacques, mortierbrigade returns with a new component as surprising as it is miraculous. Again, everything starts with a simple call from a Crelan agent to his client...

Directed by Guy de la Palme and produced by Caviar, the TV commercial shows a Crelan customer being called in a restaurant by his bank advisor. The other restaurant visitors can't believe their eyes and ears, tourists are flocking, stalls of gadgets and souvenirs with the happy customer's face appear in front of the restaurant, there is even a skeptic who dares to claim that it is fake news.

“With this campaign, we continue to build on our central concept: the pleasant surprise that a large bank with personal service still really exists”

“We also continue to work on strengthening the Crelan brand, by focusing on recognition and on the brand's unique tone of voice: humor and proximity in the way we address our target group. As far as that humor is concerned, we even dare to go one step further, to continue to surprise and charm as many people as possible.”

“In a sector that is usually quite conventional, it almost seems like a miracle to achieve a popular and humorous campaign that meets all marketing conditions”, concludes Vincent Van Zande, market manager Business at Crelan.“
